• Services are provided within our designated service areas in Maryland.
• Service appointments are subject to availability and scheduling.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
• All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their septic systems and property.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our website. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

Pricing and Payment

We provide transparent pricing and detailed estimates before beginning work. Payment terms include:

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
• Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.
• Past due accounts may be subject to collection procedures and additional fees.

Property Access

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the septic system and surrounding areas. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property features that impede access to the septic system. Underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other obstacles should be marked or disclosed before service.

Warranty and Liability

Our services are performed with professional care and expertise. However:

• We do not guarantee the condition or longevity of existing septic systems.
• We are not liable for pre-existing defects or damage discovered during service.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
• We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Joseph Michael Septic Cleaning, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
