30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of service completion if:

  • The service was not performed as described or agreed upon
  • There was a significant quality issue with the work performed
  • The service did not address the problem it was intended to resolve
  • You experienced issues directly related to our service within the refund period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by phone at (667) 473-3255 or email at josephnuzzo@josephsepticcleaning.com within 30 days of your service date.
  2. Explain the Issue: Provide a clear description of the problem and why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Allow for Resolution: In many cases, we may be able to resolve the issue by sending a technician to address your concerns at no additional cost.
  4. Refund Processing: If a refund is warranted, we will process it within 7-10 business days using your original payment method.

What's Not Covered

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions of your septic system that were documented during service
  • Problems caused by improper use or neglect of your septic system after our service
  • Requests made more than 30 days after service completion
  • Services that were fully and successfully completed as agreed
  • Emergency services where the emergency was addressed
  • Inspection and diagnostic services where findings were accurately reported

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only a portion of the service was affected by the issue. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be fair and proportionate to the nature of the problem.

Re-Service Option

Before processing a refund, we may offer to re-perform the service at no additional charge. Many issues can be resolved quickly with a follow-up visit, and this option may provide a faster resolution than waiting for a refund to process.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with adequate notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
